What's Your Story?

It was great to see the presentations from Bill Frakes & Joe McNally at Nikon What's Your Story? event. Day was filled with presentations about new Nikon D4 & D800 cameras, Photoshop 6 features etc. but I think lots of people were there to mainly see Bill & Joe. We not just value their work in the field of photography but also the way how they share their experience of making the photos via blog writings, books and speaking in the events.



 
Nikon had brought lots of cool toys (cameras & lenses) to be tested at the event. Two Nikon D4 in the photo above.


One JPEG sample I snapped using new D800. Taken with AF-S 85mm/F1.4 @ F1.4, 1/250, ISO 500. Impressive image quality even wide open but all the reviews saying that you have to be more careful with shooting techniques with this camera seems to be very true.



This was taken with D700 & Nikkor AF-S 200mm/F2 VRII @ F2.8. Henri as test subject.

Good day to meet legends and local photographers (next super-stars). And eat free chicken sandwiches :)
